Gentle yoga

Gentle yoga to support the lymphatic system.
If you are troubled by swelling of the limbs or weak immunity, this class will be for you. This type of yoga is slow, suitable even for beginners.
Lymph yoga begins with breathing exercises, followed by gentle self-massage of the nodes and yoga positions that stimulate the flow of lymph (especially rotation, opening the hips and inverted positions). At the end of the class there is a longer relaxation. The whole class is carried by the scent of citrus, which also helps stimulate the lymph. You will leave the class feeling stretched and relaxed at the same time.
Regular practice of lymph yoga can help improve the flow of lymph, which will support the detoxification of the body, strengthen the immune system, reduce swelling, fatigue and cellulite. For ideal effects, of course, you need to drink plenty of water around the class, avoid alcohol and take care of your overall lifestyle, including quality sleep.
The lesson is not suitable for pregnant women.
