I have been living with yoga for 8 years and I have been doing it intensively for the last 4 years. Last year, I opted for a more comprehensive understanding and study, and I took a teaching course to share yoga and my own knowledge with others. I mainly practice and teach gentle hatha yoga and my favorite vinjasa flow.  

In my classes we also practice pranayama and various meditation forms, such as yoga nidra.

In addition to yoga, I also practice Ayurveda.
