During my studies of physiotherapy and later working with my clients I understood that most of the pain of our bodies originate in our mind.

Nowadays I combine all my experiences from yoga, rehabilitation, fitness and meditation in one holistic concept, focusing on balancing your body needs with the needs of your mind and feelings.

My classes are accessible to everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, both young and older and the main goal is always to remove the pain and tension from all part of body – being it lower back, neck or anything else. We learn how to breathe deeply and properly and unblock problematic areas of pain or discomfort, stretch in the morning and to compensate other sports as well as our office life.
