Physio yoga lessons skillfully combine yoga poses with rehabilitation exercises.

It will teach you proper abdominal breathing, as it is the basis for strengthening the core and relieving painful lower back pain, and last but not least, for relieving stress.

In addition to breathing, you will focus on positions for proper posture, relaxing and strengthening the muscles around the spine, stretching shortened muscles and strengthening weakened ones. It is a slower form of exercise with an emphasis on correct execution.

 

At the end of the yoga class, you will meditate and relax to calm your mind and feel the changes in your body.

 

Physio yoga is for all levels of yoga practice and age groups, and is intended primarily for people with sedentary jobs or musculoskeletal pain such as back, neck, head, shoulders, and hips.
