Gentle yoga

In gentle yoga you will stretch and gently strengthen all body parts and the whole class will make you feel great in your own body afterwards.

 

Class coming from hatha yoga is slow paced, you stay more on your mat than in the standing or balancing postures, you relax a lot, the holds are longer and asanas less in number then in regular class, but this allows you to feel every single moment more intense and rejuvenate more your body as a whole.

 

Individual limitations of all clients will be taken into account and modifications will be offered.

 

Often yoga props like bolsters, straps and blocks are used and every class is opened and finished with a gentle relaxation to clear your mind as well.

 

Currently gentle yoga class is led by Berenika and all levels and ages are very welcome.
